After months of planning and development, EIGHT Studio has officially launched Grimlight, its mobile RPG that reimagines classic fairy tale characters in a new light. The Dreamless are on the verge of plunging the world into darkness, and the player must save Phantasia as the corrupted will attempt to do so.
With their Dreamstone, players can summon a variety of gorgeous characters and add them to their collection. Alice, Snow White, Dracula, Robin Hood, Briar Rose, the Little Mermaid, White Rabbit, Ginger (Rapunzel), and even the Big Bad Wolf are just a few examples of popular figures.
“Wolf doesn’t truly want to be the way she is,” reads the game’s Facebook update on her character. “But Wolf is trapped by her own nature, and her destiny will always be linked to Red.”
With the help of these items, players can improve their team and power up their abilities to fight against supernatural creatures and other groups with similar powers. They may also discover hidden tales throughout the world as well as the heroes’ own narratives while progressing through the game. Players who pre-registered will be able to access milestone rewards that were given during the pre-registration period once they login in now that the game is available across the world.
